Among which, Ki67, a cell proliferation marker, was found to be significantly increased in NPC compared with normal (P = 0.0065 in GDS3341; P = 0.0135 in GDS3610); moreover, Ki67 showed a positive correlation with NEK2 in NPC (R = 0.2385, P = 0.0012 in GDS3341; R = 0.375, P = 0.0005 in GDSD3610) (Figure 1A and 1B). The gene discussed is NEK2; the disease is nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
