We observed a significant contribution to breast cancer risk in BRCA1/2, PALB2, and TP53. The disease risks of BRCA1/2 and PALB2 are comparable to that previously reported3, but the risk of TP53 is largely different (8.5 in this study and 105 in the previous meta-analysis3). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is breast carcinoma.
