Pairwise comparison using Spearman’s rank correlation test revealed that the protein level of RHBDD1 and p-Akt was remarkably positively correlated in breast cancer tissue (Spearman’s ρ = 0.437; p = 3.245e-05), as was that of RHBDD1 and CDK2 (Spearman’s ρ = 0.386; p = 0.0003). Here, AKT1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
