Of these 15 genes (STXBP6, MGAT3, BCL6B, FZD10, HSPB6, PF4V1, KLF4, PTGFR4, PDLIM2, LAMA4, ASPRV1, GATA2, HOXA2, LHX6, and KLF2), 11 had not previously been reported in lung cancer (except GATA2, HOXA2, LHX6, and KLF2; Fig 1). The gene discussed is LAMA4; the disease is lung carcinoma.
