As shown in Fig. 1d, the AUC of 0.743 (95% CI = 0.645–0.840) was in exosomal PTENP1. The sensitivity and specificity of exosomal PTENP1 to predict the presence of bladder cancer were 65.4% and 84.2%, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene PTENP1 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
