This study builds on the aforementioned work, assessing an array of inflammatory cells and signaling markers (CD3+ T cells, CD20+ B cells, CD68+ macrophages, plasma cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-13, IL-17A, IFN-γ, and TNF), together with the presence of comorbidities (including polyposis, asthma, and a history of aspirin sensitivity), in a cohort of 110 subjects, to delineate between inflammatory variants that might be suggestive of endotypes in this condition. This evidence concerns the gene IL10 and asthma.
