Compared with the controls, the PCOS patients had elevated levels of WC, TT, DHEAS, TG, TC, LDL-C, Apo-B, DBP, FG, FI, and HOMA-IR (P < 0.05) and decreased levels of HDL-C, Apo-A, and QUICKI (P < 0.05). Here, APOB is linked to polycystic ovary syndrome.
