Our result are in agreement with those reported for stellettin B, a triterpene that was derived from marine sponge Jaspis stellifera inhibited proliferation and induced cell death in human non-small cell lung cancer, human chronic myeloid leukemia and human glioblastoma cancer cells by inhibiting Akt/mTOR signaling pathways [68,69,70]. The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
