DYNC1H1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus: Finally, the network model (Fig. 3e, bottom) showed upregulation of a cytoskeletal organization pathway (ITGB1, RHOA, MYLPF, DOCK2, PDLIM3, ACTN4, DES, DYNC1H1, and TPM1) in T2DM compared with nondiabetic controls, while conversely, several molecules (FLNA, ACTA1/C1, ACTN2, and TNNC1) in the pathway were downregulated.
