Increasing DACH1 expression is reported to bind to AP-1 and NF-kB sites to suppress IL-8 in cellular migration, and its carboxyl terminus binds to TCERG1 FF2 domain to repress transcription through DNA binding and YB-1C-terminus and DNA Binding Domain (DBD) to inhibit the development of breast cancer [15, 27, 28]. This evidence concerns the gene DACH1 and breast cancer.
