To investigate the roles of these subsets of CD4+ T cells in the presence of AD, simple linear regression analyses and subsequent binary logistic regression analyses were performed, and the results suggested that Th1/IFN-γ, Th9/IL-9, Th17/IL-17, and Th22/IL-22 levels were positively correlated with the occurrence of AD, while Th2/IL-4 and Treg/IL-35 levels were negatively correlated with the occurrence of AD. This evidence concerns the gene IL22 and Alzheimer disease.
