Simple linear regression analyses showed that Glu, WBC, CRP, D-dimer, Th1, Th2, Th9, Th17, Th22, Treg, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-9, IL-17, IL-22, and IL-35 levels exhibited a trend towards an association with the presence of AD, whereas smoking and CREA showed no obvious trend towards this association. This evidence concerns the gene IL17A and Alzheimer disease.
