In sum, the present report provides the first comparative analysis to determine the potential utility of plasma levels of GOAT, in combination with other traditional clinical variables (i.e. age, DRE and/or testosterone), as diagnostic tools for the detection of PCa, using an ample cohort of patients (n = 312) and defining clinically relevant subgroups (e.g. Sig PCa vs non‐Sig PCa). Here, MBOAT4 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
