MBOAT4 and posterior cortical atrophy: When patients with PCa were divided in two subgroups, with and without Sig PCa, we found that, although both plasma GOAT and PSA levels were significantly elevated in patients with Sig PCa (GS ≥ 7) compared to patients with non‐Sig PCa (GS = 6), these differences were statistically more significant for GOAT vs PSA levels (P = 0.002 vs P = 0.0145; Figure 1B).
