TC2N and lung carcinoma: Consistently, two public data sets, GSE3141 containing 111 lung cancer patients and GSE31210 containing 226 lung cancer patients, showed that high TC2N expression levels were associated with a markedly shorter overall survival (OS) of lung cancer patients (Supplementary Figure S1c, hazard ratio (HR) = 1.73, P = 0.046; Supplementary Figure S1d, HR = 2.79, P = 0.0016).
