CTLA4 and myeloid sarcoma: Nine out of 17 patients had steroids (5–20 mg/d), one had additional anti-TNF-α treatment due to inflammatory bowel disease (XX.II.1), one had additional daclizumab due to MS (CZ.II.2), and two had received abatacept (CTLA4-Fc) additionally in order to ameliorate the CTLA-4 insufficiency.
