Moreover, we also verified the prognostic value of RIG-I mRNA expression level according to the KMplot database (http://kmplot.com/analysis/), and the results indicated that the higher expression of RIG-I was significantly associated with a better survival of the gastric cancer patients (P < 0.0001, HR = 0.63, 95% CI 0.53–0.75, Fig. 3). The gene discussed is RIGI; the disease is gastric cancer.
