Using univariate Cox regression analyses, we found that tumor size (p = 0.003), depth of tumor infiltration (T stage, p = 0.004), local lymph node metastasis (N stage, p = 0.002), clinical stage (TNM stage, p = 0.002), and ARHGAP5 levels (p < 0.001) were significantly associated with patients’ survival.
