Then, to further determine whether knockdown of MLK7-AS1 inhibited cell proliferation of ovarian cancer through changing cell apoptosis, flow cytometric analysis was used in our study, and cell apoptosis analysis indicated that the cell apoptosis rates in the si-MLK7-AS1–1 and si-MLK7-AS1–2 transfected groups were higher compared to that in the si-NC transfected group (Fig. 2d; P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene MAP3K20-AS1 and ovarian carcinoma.
