A trivalent bispecific antibody, TF12, which targets epithelial glycoprotein − 1 antigen (EGP-1 or TROP-2) and histamine- succinyl-glycine (HSG), when used with lutetium-177 labeled peptide for PRIT in prostate cancer demonstrated effective targeting and permeability in mice pre-clinical studies (van Rij et al. 2014). This evidence concerns the gene TACSTD2 and prostate cancer.
