Results (Figure 5(d)) showed that the percentages of IL-4-, IL-5-, and IL-17-producing cells in TLR3+ NK cells population significantly increased after infection (IL-4: 14.73 ± 1.968% versus 8.787.97581%; IL-5: 0.03333 ± 0.03333% versus 0.9833 ± 0.1922%; IL-17: 24.50 ± 2.466% versus 51.76 ± 2.258%, P < 0.05). The gene discussed is IL17A; the disease is infection.
