Additionally, as shown in Fig. 5d–g, elevations of inflammatory cytokines, including TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and MMP-9, in HFLS-RA induced by miR-410-3p inhibition was rescued by BAY 11-7082 (all p < 0.001), indicating that miR-410-3p suppressed cytokine release in HFLS-RA by regulating the NF-κB signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
