Interestingly, even though our WES analysis and pyrogram did not show the HHIP G1546A mutation in PLM01-2, an in-depth analysis indicated the mutant nucleotide “A,” suggesting that a small proportion of tumor cells might harbor the HHIP G1546A mutation (Figure S3) and indicating intra-tumor heterogeneity among genetically defined subclones.
