CD8A and neoplasm: We observed that depletion of CD8+ TC cells resulted in the most rapidly growing tumors with a mean slope of 59.89 mm3/Day ± 5.079 mm3/Day (R2=0.9456), while depletion of CD4+ TH cells yielded moderate results with a mean slope of 25.22 mm3/Day ± 2.319 mm3/Day (R2=0.9367); Control mouse tumor growth was the slowest with a mean slope of 12.5 mm3/Day ± 1.321 mm3/Day (R2=0.918; Figure 7B).
