DUXAP9 and urinary bladder cancer: Furthermore, the addition of the CCL2-neutralizing antibody carlumab (CNTO 888) to the medium collected from the LNMAT1-transduced bladder cancer cells or the addition of the VEGF-C-neutralizing antibody to the medium collected from the TAMs significantly reduced HLECs tube formation and motility, indicating that blocking CCL2/TAMs/VEGF-C signaling inhibits LNMAT1-mediated lymphangiogenesis in bladder cancer (Fig. 8c–e and supplementary Fig. 13a–c).
