Consistent with the results obtained from the mouse model, we found that LNMAT1 expression was positively associated with the macrophage infiltration intensities of the intratumoral and peritumoral regions of bladder cancer, as indicated by the macrophage marker CD68+ (p < 0.05; Fig. 7a, b and Supplementary Fig. 10a, b). Here, DUXAP9 is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
