DUXAP9 and urinary bladder carcinoma: Consistent with the results obtained from the mouse model, we found that LNMAT1 expression was positively associated with the macrophage infiltration intensities of the intratumoral and peritumoral regions of bladder cancer, as indicated by the macrophage marker CD68+ (p < 0.05; Fig. 7a, b and Supplementary Fig. 10a, b).
