Epithelioid sarcomas are commonly positive for CK, vimentin, and EMA, and for CD 34 in about half of all cases.[2,6] However, most tumors are negative for S-100 protein.[6] In the present study, the tumor was positive for CK, vimentin, EMA, and CD 34, but negative for S-100 protein, consistent with the data of previous studies. Here, VIM is linked to epithelioid sarcoma.
