The HER2-enriched (HER2+, ER–, PR–) most frequently present high grade and node positive, whereas the basal-like (HER2–, ER–, PR–) subgroup mainly comprises triple-negative breast cancers (TNBCs) and frequently shows BRCA1 mutations, both germinal and sporadic (20).
