Overall, the results showed that the levels of COL10A1 and SPARC were significantly higher in lung cancer patients compared to healthy controls (COL10A1: p = 0.001; SPARC: p < 0.001), while no difference in the levels of COL11A1 could be detected (p = 0.270) (Fig. 2).
