Case 13, which had both EWSR1 and CREM rearrangements (metastatic lesions in lymph nodes), showed sheet-like and fascicular proliferation of epithelioid and spindle tumor cells that had round nuclei with conspicuous nucleoli and abundant pale eosinophilic cytoplasm (Fig. 2a, and b); no myxoid change was found. This evidence concerns the gene EWSR1 and neoplasm.
