Wild-type GluN1/GluN2A, ongoing from 0 to 10 mM Ca2+, showed a change of reversal potential (ΔErev) of about 10 mV (9.5 ± 0.9 mV, n = 7), yielding a PCa/PNa of 4 (4.1 ± 0.6). This evidence concerns the gene GRIN1 and posterior cortical atrophy.
