SLC2A1 was significantly overexpressed in pTa (2.6-fold, p = 0.0020), pT1 (35.6-fold, p = 2.0 x 10-8), pT2 and higher stages (11.4-fold, p = 0.016), G2 (2.9-fold, p = 0.0018) and G3 bladder cancer (15.2-fold, p = 1.1 x 10-8) compared to the non-BC control groups (DC and NRT) (Figure 3A, 3D). This evidence concerns the gene SLC2A1 and urinary bladder cancer.
