Indeed, among the 9-mer peptides identified in DENV/ZIKV-immune (groups C, D, and E) donors, the NS52933–07, NS52973–11, and NS53453–59 have been already detected in PBMCs from HLA-B*35:01 individuals after infection with DENV1, DENV2, or vaccination with DENV live attenuated vaccine (DLAV), with a lysine-to-arginine and a phenylalanine-to-tyrosine amino acid substitution at residues 302 and 350 in the NS52973–11 and NS53453–59 peptides from ZIKV, respectively [22,43,44,46] (Table 2).
