The prediction is that MM cells will die off when they are seeded on the bone slices that are pre-incubated with BP-Btz, but will survive if they are seeded on the bone slices that are pre-incubated with Btz, BP-linker or PBS because the Btz or PBS will be washed away leaving no inhibitor on the slices, and because BP-linker itself has no anti-MM activity. This evidence concerns the gene CASC3 and Miyoshi myopathy.
