The levels of NT-pro BNP and D-dimer of the patients with hypertension were (4184.35±7563.31) ng/L and (544.43±572.08) mg/mL respectively, which were higher than (919.63±327.66) ng/L and (147.93±115.31) mg/mL of the patients without hypertension; the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). The gene discussed is NPPB; the disease is hypertensive disorder.
