HLA-DRB5 and staphylococcus aureus infection: Cell adhesion molecules (FDR=0.00216279) involving four DEGs (SDC2, HLA-DRB5, ICAM1, and HLA-DRB1), staphylococcus aureus infection (FDR=0.000207533) involving four DEGs (C3, HLA-DRB5, ICAM1, and HLA-DRB1), and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction (FDR=0.00059726) involving six DEGs (F2RL3, S1PR1, PRLR, GRIK3, ADRA1D, and PTGDR) were three significantly enriched pathways in STC (Figure 7).
