Unfortunately, the young woman died 8.5 months after initial diagnosis.<h4>Conclusions</h4>To the best of our knowledge, a comparable adult AML associated with such a CK, coexistence of 3q rearrangements with loss of <i>TP53</i> at diagnosis, and HH in secondary AML were not previously reported. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and acute myeloid leukemia.
