NCR3LG1 and cancer: To date, numerous studies have demonstrated that although B7-H6 is not expressed in normal human tissues, its expression can be detected in many types of human tumor cells and that the overexpression of B7-H6 in human cancer tissues is significantly associated with prognoses and other clinicopathological parameters of patients, thus suggesting that B7-H6 can serve as a potential tumor marker [1, 2, 4–7].
