FGF21 was independently associated with the presence of angina pectoris (OR: 1.752; 95% CI: 1.081–2.839; P=0.023), and UAP (OR: 2.781; 95% CI: 1.476–5.239; P=0.002) after adjusting for gender, age, and BMI. This evidence concerns the gene FGF21 and angina pectoris.
