Data obtained from 24 independent experiments showed that in CLL B cells, expressing IgM and IgD (Supplementary Figure 2A), the phosphorylation on Y700 increased after both IgM and IgD stimulus (Alone vs IgM and Alone vs IgD; ****p < 0.0001; Figure 4A and Supplementary Figure 4A), sustaining the involvement of c-Cbl in BCR signaling. This evidence concerns the gene CD40LG and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
