The results of univariate Cox regression analysis suggested that advanced Enneking stage (P<0.001), large tumor size (P=0.201), present distant metastasis (P<0.001), poor histological grade (P<0.001), and high-expression of GAPLINC (P<0.001) were poor prognostic factors in osteosarcoma patients.
