Particularly, we noted that stemness‐related pathways, such as Hedgehog, c‐Myc and Nanog signaling, were elevated and numerous pathways related to differentiation, such as NFκB, SP1, MAPK/Erk and vitamin D signaling, were markedly repressed when both transiently and stably overexpressing miR‐372/373 in CRC cells (Fig. 3A). This evidence concerns the gene NANOG and colorectal carcinoma.
