CD86 and infection: The results indicated that IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, TGF-β, and iNOS expression in the infection group was significantly higher than in the control group, an increase of 1.2-fold, 0.29-fold, 0.32-fold, 0.12-fold, and 3.95-fold, respectively, as well as an increase of CD86 (P = .891) and CD206 (P = .303).
