TP53 and neoplasm: Other contributing factors to the abscopal response certainly exist: type of immunotherapy, relative scheduling, general state of immunosuppression of the patient, tumor size, local state of immunosuppression within the tumor microenvironment, possibly locations of irradiated site and abscopal target [10], p53 somatic mutations [13], etc. These factors should also be considered as part of a larger multivariate analysis, while the independent predictive value of the dosing regimen could be described by the IED.
