SCN8A and cervical cancer: In addition, current-voltage relationship (Fig. 5C) and activation conductance (Fig. 5D) of heterologous NaV1.6 channels expressed in cervical cancer cells were similar to those previously reported from our group in primary cultures derived from CeCa biopsies24, and from other reports in neurons and HEK-293 cells38,41, including the high sensitivity to tetrodotoxin (TTX) of these channels (Supplementary Fig. S5).
