These include primary non-transformed, hTERT-immortalized human mammary epithelial cells (HMEC), breast cancer (MDA-MB-231, BT549, HCC1954, HCC1937, HS578T) (Fig. 3e), leukemia (OCI-AML2, OCI-AML3, referred to as AML2 and AML3 respectively), lymphoma (Raji, Daudi), lung adenocarcinoma (A549, HCC827), squamous cell lung cancer (H520, H2170), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (HEC-1-A) cell lines (Supplementary Fig. 5c).
