Low-magnification images of lungs from Lewis lung carcinoma–bearing WT (Supplemental Fig. 1Bi) and Ackr2−/− (Supplemental Fig. 1Bii) mice revealed extensive disruption of the normal lung architecture by large tumor deposits in WT lungs but only small isolated tumor deposits, among otherwise normal lung tissue, in Ackr2−/− lungs. This evidence concerns the gene ACKR2 and neoplasm.
