NFKB1 and neoplasm: For example, these data suggest that green tea components display the following regulatory properties: i) anti-angiogenic effects, mediated through the inhibition of HIF1-α and NF-kB [21]; and ii) anti-inflammatory effects, mediated by inhibiting the infiltration of Tumor-Associated Macrophages and the secretion of IL-6 and TNF-α [22]; iii) as well as the up-regulation of apoptosis and the down-regulation of cell proliferation [23], among others.
