Furthermore, weak granulysin positivity (score 1) was seen in 4 out of 15 (26%) ALK-negative anaplastic large cell lymphomas (ALK-ALCL), 1 out of 8 (12%) enteropathy-associated T cell lymphomas (EATL, all cases are type I) and 2 out of 50 (4%) peripheral T cell lymphomas, NOS (PTCL, NOS), both showing gamma/delta genotype. This evidence concerns the gene ALK and anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
