The co-transfection of RP11-79H23.3 and miR-107 could diminish the expression of PTEN compared with RP11-79H23.3 alone in BC cells, while co-transfection of siRP11-79H23.3 and miR-107 inhibitor could abolish the miR-107 inhibitor-induced upregulation of PTEN in BC cells with qRT-PCR (Figure 7F).
