Five protein-coding genes involved in cell reprogramming, including SH3-domain binding protein 5 (Sh3bp5), spinocerebellar ataxia type 10 (Ataxin-10), procollagen-lysine, 2-oxoglutarate 5-dioxygenase 2) (Plod2), carboxypeptidase E (Cpe) and serine (or cysteine) peptidase inhibitor, clade B, member 6b (Serpinb6b), were identified via whole-network analysis (Fig. 6c). The gene discussed is PLOD2; the disease is Ataxia.
