Our group has studied the contribution of moderate- and low-penetrance genes (PALB2 [7], BARD1 [8], ATM [9], CHECK2 [10], FGFR2 [11], TOX3 [12], MAP3K1 [11], and 8q24 [12]) to genetic susceptibility to hereditary BC in the Chilean population. Here, TOX3 is linked to breast cancer.
