FGF1 and osteosarcoma: Finally, we also achieved a strong antimitogenic activity of the generated antibody fragments on G-292, FGFR1-positive, human osteosarcoma cancer cell line (Figure 9c), confirming their ability to efficiently bind FGF1 and preclude its binding to FGFR1 in in vitro model, without having any effect in the absence of FGF1 (Figure S1c).
